Next week we’re installing a Wally by Woolly Pocket LivingWall
It’s official and we’re VERY excited!
We’ve been selected to install a living wall in a high-end retail store, with many more to come and we’re using Wally’s from the Woolly Pocket Garden Company. Yay Woolly Pocket….and GREAT BIG THANKS
Let’s have some fun now.
We were invited to submit a design for the wall, with a few other “contenders” and of course they made the right decision and selected FosterPlants for the job. Once passed off to the Client, the design was tweaked to meet their vision and we’re all very happy with the Wally Wall that we will be instaling next week.
Take a look at the three concepts presented below (in no particular order) and let us know on twitter or facebook which one you like best.
Live Interior Plants Increase Productivity!
Most likely, the primary reason one may decide to place live plants in an interior space is aesthetics. They look great and they complement the architecture of the space when professionally specified, installed & maintained.
If you’re still on the fence though and you’re not quite sure which side you want to jump off on, consider these factors:
- Live plants increase productivity.
-Live plants help improve Indoor Air Quality.
- Live plants help regulate humidity.
- Live plants can help direct traffic flow.
- Live plants can help reduce echo and noise.
- In the grand scheme, the cost is nominal.
That’s right, in most cases, it’s likely that you could place plants and containers in your reception area, a few key public spaces and your conference room for less than the cost of the furnishings and fixtures in that conference room. We’re not kidding!
Most Interior Plantscape companies offer purchase and leasing options with professional horticultural service to protect your investment in live plants. Here at FosterPlants™, we provide both options, but our level of service is what sets us apart from the competition.
We guarantee that if you’re ever not happy with a plant or container or accessory that we have provided, or ever have a service related issue, we’ll take care of it right away. No questions asked!

And you thought only our plants were green!
These days everything’s about green!
Green this or green that! Most of our plants are pure green… well in color anyway… but did you know that many of the planters that we carry are really green?
That’s right. They’re manufactured from materials such as recycled plastic, steel, aluminum, concrete and reclaimed wood.
This really cool looking Eurostyle Tapered Cylinder (below left) is perfect for any modern or contemporary space, and it’s available in more than fifteen fantastic colors. Better yet though, it’s manufactured from 100% post-consumer plastic and it’s 100% recyclable! Yes, that’s right. The Eurostyle Tapered Cylinder is made from retired office equipment, household items and car parts.
Another great new planter, The Wave, shown below at right, is made from a natural Fiber Cement material that gives the planter the versatility and durability of concrete without all of the weight.
Then there’s the wonderful line of planters such as the Tall V’nezia shown below left, which is constructed from natural isi fiber and is perfectly comfortable inside or out. They’re also availabel in many sizes and several finishes
While we’re discussing sustainable materials, let’s not forget steel and wood. Take a look at the beautiful Stilted Cubes below. This classy box is available in steel or aluminum, natural rusted finish or numerous powder coat colors. The stilts are made from reclaimed wood. How green is that!
More and more green planters are on the way and we’ll be posting frequently about them in the coming months. Check back often or give usa call at 305.251.7383. We’ll happily show you how green our planters can be!
